PAYMENT/REFUNDS
> all payment is made upfront, I do not accept payment plans. PayPal (main) or Bank transfer to any bank in Mexico (SPEI) via BBVA
> refunds can be given if there has been no progress whatsoever on your artwork within the first month of commissioning or I simply cannot finish your commission. I will not accept refunds after completion if you dislike the art. I am always able to make changes and adjustments to fit your needs if that be the case.
> back-outs before payment are okay. Any sudden back-outs after payment are accepted but will result in a blacklist, back-outs after an artwork has already been partially completed will not be accepted.
TURNAROUND
> I can only work on commissions when I have free time. I will do my part in keeping you updated with any delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
> average turn around time can vary from two weeks to two months depending on your spot in the queue and your commission type. Please wait at least 2 weeks before reaching out for updates unless you have paid for a rush commission
> any rush art that needs to be completed in less than a week will be a $10 - $50 up-charge depending on the commission type.
COPYRIGHT
> I retain the copyright to the artwork that I produce. You may only use commissioned work for personal use. You may NOT produce additional products made available for sale unless I have given you permission.
OTHER
> I will not hold limited slots

> I have the right to decline you if I feel I am unable to draw your character for any reason.

> please credit my Instagram or TH when reposting my art or uploading it to TH.
